		<description>Ahh, the cobbler goes barefoot again. The chocolate tempering machine you gave me for my birthday a few years ago (since I've been making truffles on and off for years now), really took the stress out of making truffles, though it doesn't make me feel quite as superhuman as tempering it myself (the excellent thermometer you gave me a few years earlier turned out to be key for that).</description>
